As General Manager to Prepaid International Forum (PIF) I was very excited to be asked to attend the AGM of the PIF Indian Chapter held in Mumbai in August 2010. Chapter members represent the majority of prepaid issuers in India.  I presented on How to Launch, Manage and Sustain a successful gift card category in the retail environment.
